Voting Question: Need guidance in life!!!?

Okay, so I'm stuck in a situation about housing, making money, and transportation. I live back with my parents, and they have not the resources to help me out really, or have me here period. I have two jobs that are lined up for me in Bolingbrook/Joliet, Illinois. Problem is, I now have no car, nor a place to shack up at! My credit is bad only due to hospital bills, but other than that nothing else! I have MANY friends in this location, and have been asking around, but is there any government assistance programs for apartments? And as for cars is there any way to getting a car, or making quick short hand cash to just getting one ..I would not mind living out of my car for awhile either!
